Is hosting included?
Yes. Every plan includes fully managed cloud hosting, so there’s no separate hosting bill to worry about.
What counts toward my included hours?
Content updates, plugin troubleshooting, form changes, layout tweaks — anything you need done on your site. Routine maintenance like updates and backups doesn’t count against your hours.
What happens if I go over my included hours?
We’ll let you know before any overage work begins. Additional time is billed at $125/hour in 30-minute increments.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you build new websites?
We focus on managing and optimizing existing WordPress sites. If your site needs a full redesign, we can discuss that as a separate project.
I already have a designer / developer I work with. Is that a problem? Not at all — we love that. We handle the backend operations so your designer can focus on what they do best. We’ll coordinate on updates, deployments, and staging environments so nothing steps on each other’s work. Some of our best client relationships involve a designer handling the front end while we keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What if I already have hosting somewhere else?
We’ll migrate your site to our managed infrastructure as part of onboarding. If you have access to your current hosting account or can provide a backup, migration is included at no extra charge. If your current hosting situation is complicated — locked out, unresponsive host, no backups available — we handle those too. We’ll assess what’s involved and quote the migration as a separate project so there are no surprises.
I’m stuck with a bad host and can’t get access to my site. Can you help?
