I’m Bob Weber, and I’ve spent the last 18 years doing one thing well: keeping technology running so other people don’t have to think about it.
My career started in IT infrastructure management — servers, networks, security, the backend systems that businesses depend on but never want to deal with. I spent four years as a Director of Digital Marketing, leading SEO strategy and managing campaigns for over 40 clients nationwide. Eventually I brought those two worlds together and founded e-Marketing Partner, where I focus on what I do best: WordPress operations management.
That means I’m the person who keeps your website fast, secure, updated, and working the way it should. Not a support ticket queue. Not a rotating cast of junior techs. Me. When something breaks on a Friday night, I’m the one who fixes it. When your site needs a HubSpot integration or a custom plugin, I’m the one who builds it. When Google changes how it measures site performance, I’m the one making sure your scores don’t drop.
Your site doesn’t sleep, and neither does your monitoring. Automated systems watch for downtime, security threats, and performance issues around the clock — and alert me immediately when something needs attention. Daily backups mean your data is always protected, and priority emergency response is built into every service plan with a defined SLA. You’re not waiting on a call center or explaining your setup to a stranger. When something goes wrong, you get the person who knows your site inside and out and can fix it fast.
I work with small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and libraries — organizations where the website matters but nobody on staff has time to babysit it. I also partner with WordPress agencies who want a reliable backend operator so they can focus on design and strategy.
Here’s what I don’t do: I’m not a designer. I’m not a branding agency. I won’t pitch you a $30,000 redesign you don’t need. If your site looks great but runs poorly, crashes unexpectedly, or hasn’t been updated in months — that’s exactly where I come in.
If you want to know what it’s like to stop worrying about your website, let’s talk.
